The Regional Youth Minister is responsible for fostering connection and growth of a vibrant faith community between the Catholic Partner Parishes and St. Oscar Romero Parish which includes: community development between the youth; codeveloping and implementing catechetical programs for the youth; spiritual formation of the youth; active youth worship (FOPs); and service opportunities; co-planning and leading weekly youth gatherings, semester specific retreats, and service projects, as well as providing pastoral care and support to teens and their families at both parishes.
