The Executive Director of Mission Expression supports the Congregation as it focuses on how our mission and values are expressed and sustained into the future through collaborations among staff, sisters and partners. This role assists the Congregation in developing, fostering, promoting, and communicating initiatives, activities, processes, and structures necessary for expression of mission; and helps ensure our mission, values and legacy are sustained.

The Campus Minister fosters the spiritual life and faith formation of the entire school community, including students, parents, faculty, and staff. Following the charismatic legacies of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and St. John Baptist de La Salle, the Campus Minister fosters an environment where students can encounter Christ, grow in Catholic discipleship, and live out the call to servant leadership. Through well-designed, dynamic programming and a strong Catholic witness, the Campus Minister plays an essential role in maintaining an intentional Catholic identity worthy of the mission of Christ’s Church.

Missionaries report directly to Area Directors for ministry guidance. Missionaries are stationed at any one of Vagabond Missions’ eight area locations throughout the United States for a minimum, 2 year-long commitment: Pittsburgh (PA), Steubenville (OH), Philadelphia (PA), Mobile (AL), Oklahoma City (OK), Wichita (KS), Indianapolis (IN), and Baton Rouge (LA). Final decisions regarding the stationing of missionaries involves discernment of both the preferences of the missionary as well as the ministry needs of Vagabond Missions at the time.

This is a full-time, exempt position located at the Diocese of Pittsburgh Pastoral Center. This position compiles data, analyzes results of intelligence reports regarding threats and incidents, and communicates findings to the staff of the Office for Safety and Security. This position also administers, coordinates, and evaluates security programs and deployment of security personnel that support the strategy, policies, and standards of the Office for Safety and Security, established for the physical safety and security of personnel including clergy, administrators, students, parishioners, visitors and property including all churches and schools.

The Administrative Assistant has the responsibility of assisting the Faith Formation and Youth Ministry staff in the administration of our programs. The Assistant needs to be a person willing to serve the catechetical needs of our youth, families, catechists, core team members, with enthusiasm and charity. The Administrative Assistant is expected to regularly meet with the DRE/CRE/Youth minister to review upcoming timelines for events, activities, and projects, including program plan development and program execution. The ideal candidate will take time to develop his/her skills as needed to perform the required tasks.

Christ the Divine Teacher Catholic Academy - Aspinwall is accepting applications for a qualified part time Pre-Kindergarten aide for the 2025-26 school year. This is an hourly position of 20/hours per week during the school year.

This position provides proactive and detailed administrative assistant support for the Director of the Office of Priestly Vocations while aiding in the promotion of Vocations through the use of advertising and coordinating events and programs while using organizational, problem-solving, technical, interpersonal, event planning, and communication skills. This position also assists the administrative needs of the Pre-Ordination Formation Program and Saint Paul Seminary - including the Rector/Director, Vice Rector, Apostolic Works Coordinator, Spiritual Director, and the Director of Pastoral Formation.

Part Time School Marketing and Admissions Manager - Mary of Nazareth School The School Admissions and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing strategies that support student recruitment and retention. This role oversees the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective families, from inquiry to enrollment. This is a part time role with expected hours of 10-12 hours/week.
