Faith Afloat

Come set sail with us on Sunday, April 26^th, 2026 as we bring back an iconic Pittsburgh Youth Ministry tradition - Faith Afloat returns bigger and brighter than ever! Taking place aboard the Gateway Clipper "Duchess", this event features a delicious meal, sunset cruise, faith awakening talk, and a DJ Glow Party, culminating in a night your teens won't ever forget. This event is open to all teens in Grades 8-12, along with chaperones. This event is the perfect "crossover" event to begin transitioning 8^th Graders into your high school ministry, so don't be shy about inviting incoming students!  
The itinerary for the evening will be as follows:
 
5:00 PM - Arrive at the Gateway Clipper Fleet (350 W Station Square Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15219)
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Registration and Boarding
6:00 PM - 8:30 PM - Sunset Cruise w/ Dinner, Talk, and Glow Party
8:30 PM - Return to Dock
 
Spots are paid at registration and nonrefundable (but transferable to other groups if necessary). Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, we were able to cut the price down to $30 per ticket! Also, in accordance with Diocesan field trip policy, each group must bring at least 1 adult chaperone for every 7 youth that are attending. Adult and youth tickets are the same price. 
 
On the day of the event, you'll need to bring:

• Signed permission forms for each student attending
• A letter from your parish's Safe Environment coordinator confirming each of the adult chaperones has their clearances
• A list of each chaperone's name
