School Employee Compliance

School Employees must complete the following steps.

If you are unsure of whether you have an existing account, call the Office for Compliance at 412-456-3093. If your record exists, we will provide you with login information.

You must either:

• complete the paper application AND release form OR
• complete the online application

  All high school and elementary school employees, use code: 1KG6TR
  Preschool/child care services employees, use code: 1KG738

You must complete one of the following:

• Online class: 
  • New user accounts: Will be processed within 24-48 hours, class will be automatically assigned (you will get an email from [email protected]).  
  • Existing user accounts: Contact your parish/school safe environment coordinator to find out if you are up-to-date on this training.
• Trauma Sensitive Alternative: For persons with a history of sexual abuse, watching the videos may cause a resurgence of memories and strong emotions that some find detrimental to their personal healing.  With that in mind, you can request a written trauma sensitive version by calling or emailing:  Colleen Murin at 412-456-3093 or [email protected]. (When requesting this training, you will not be asked about your personal history.)
