We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and professional individual to serve as our Office Manager. This full-time position is central to the smooth operation of the parish office, requiring a blend of supervisory, administrative, and technical skills. Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000, based on experience.
The position includes a full benefits package.
Key Responsibilities Include
Supervision: Overseeing and managing the daily activities of administrative staff.
Administrative Support: Providing essential secretarial services, including correspondence, scheduling, and document management, primarily for the Pastor and other key personnel.
Parish Coordination: Acting as the primary Parish Scheduler for facilities, rooms, and events.
PDS (Parish Data System) Coordination: Serving as the lead coordinator and administrator for the parish's data management software, ensuring data integrity and utilization.
Technical Proficiency: Effectively utilizing various software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, database systems) and operating all standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, phone systems).

Requirements
Must successfully complete all Safe Environment policies as mandated by the Diocese of Pittsburgh.
Proven experience in office management, supervision, and complex administrative duties.
