The Very Reverend Thomas W. Kunz from Associate General Secretary, Episcopal Vicar for Canonical Services, Vice Chancellor to Vicar General/General Secretary and Moderator of the Curia.
The Very Reverend Michael S. Sedor from Canonical Services Consultant to Associate General Secretary, Vice Chancellor and Episcopal Vicar for Canonical Services. Father Sedor will continue to serve as the Tribunal Judicial Vicar.
The Very Reverend Michael P. Conway has been reappointed as Episcopal Vicar for Clergy and Consecrated Life. Father Conway will continue to serve as Secretary of the Secretariat for Clergy and Consecrated Life.
The Very Reverend David G. Poecking ha been reappointed as Regional Vicar of the South Vicariate.
The Very Reverend Joseph R. McCaffrey has been reappointed as Regional Vicar of the North Vicariate.
The Reverend Monsignor Lawrence A. DiNardo has been reappointed as Episcopal Vicar for Special Projects.
The Reverend Monsignor Ronald P. Lengwin has been reappointed as Episcopal Vicar for Church Relations.

Reverend Edward L. Yuhas has been reappointed to a second term of six years as Pastor, Saint Katherine Drexel Parish, Southeast Washington County, effective July 1, 2025. Father Yuhas continues as Pastor of Saint James Parish, Western Washington County.
