The Reverend Manuel Aviles, OFM Cap., at the presentation of the Very Reverend Robert Marva, OFM Cap., Provincial Minister, Province of St. Augustine of the Capuchin Franciscan Friars, is assigned to Pastoral Supply Ministry to the diocesan Latino community.
