Maintenance/Janitorial Position Full time, Mary Queen of Saints, Aliquippa

Mary, Queen of Saints Parish is looking to fulfill a Full-Time Maintenance / Janitorial position. This position will work with the Parish Facilities Manager to ensure that the parish buildings, grounds, and equipment are well kept and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:

• Basic maintenance of parish buildings and equipment
• Groundskeeping tasks such as trash removal, trimming and snow removal
• Set-up & clean-up of church halls for various parish events
• Custodial duties such as mopping, trash removal in church/halls & restrooms
• Position will require travel to all four church sites

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must receive the Diocese of Pittsburgh's Safe Environment Clearances
• Ability to lift, carry, or move heavy items
• Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical experience is preferred
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions given by the Facilities Manager
