Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Manager

Summary of Job: The Facilities Maintenance Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the parish's physical property. This includes ensuring all buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained for liturgical and community use. The position involves a mix of hands-on work and administrative duties, such as performing routine repairs, managing outside contractors for larger projects, and creating and maintaining a budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of the Catholic Church. Candidates: Archangel Gabriel Parish is seeking interested candidates with a degree in facilities management, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred, however, equivalent experience and/or trade certifications, such as in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work, will be considered. Three to five years’ experience in a related field is preferred.
